Types of Submissions

Authors may submit papers that present relevant research, development, application, or innovation work on issues related to the topic list. Submissions have two alternative formats, abstract only or paper. Both will be subject to scientific review and, if accepted, included in the conference program for presentation.

Paper Submission

The length of papers may range between a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 10. All accepted English written papers will be submitted for indexing by IEEE Xplore® Digital Library. Accepted papers will be considered for oral presentation. The abstracts of the papers will also be integrated into the electronic proceedings of the conference, to be distributed on the conference website.

Format for Submission

Articles should be submitted in the following A4 format (IEEE templates).

IEEE conference templates contain guidance text for composing and formatting conference papers. Please ensure that all guidance text is removed from your conference paper prior to submission to the conference. Failure to remove template text from your paper may result in your paper not being published.

Submission and Review

The selection process includes two stages:

  • Initial Submission – An electronic version (PDF) of the article is submitted. It is then reviewed and accepted or not. The Program Committee may consider acceptance for oral or poster presentation. The authors will be notified of the decision.
  • Final submission and registration of the author – Authors of accepted papers should submit the final version in PDF format according to the instructions available and taking into account the comments of the reviewers. At least one of the authors has to register to attend the conference and present the article. It should be noted that only articles submitted can be considered for indexing by IEEE Xplore Digital Library
